6/52: A quote about love.
I really love quotes, personally. I think they're so much fun to read + I love how easily you are able to connect to a few words someone else wrote or said in the past. I wasn't sure which quote to choose, but I ultimately ended up on this one. I love how simple + true it is. It also reminds me of times when my husband, Nicholas, will try to make me laugh when I'm in a bad mood (and really don't want to laugh). It is love, from him and for him, that makes me laugh in those times + I think that's magic.
Here are a few other quotes about love that I really enjoy.
"If I had a single flower for every time I think about you, I could walk forever in my garden." -- Claudia Gandhi
"To love something you must have considered what it means to do without." -- Margot Schilpp
"You can't ask why about love." -- Leo Tolstoy, Anna Karenina
"When I met you, flowers started growing in the darkest parts of my mind." -- Unknown
"It is a risk to love. What if it doesn't work out? Ah, but what if it does." -- Peter McWilliams
